From Barbados to Trinidad: The Price of Tourism

Video: The little tourist islands of the Lesser Antilles are the stuff out of which Caribbean cruises are made. Former sugar islands, they now feature overpopulation and despair. Are they destined to be a traveling appendage of America? Or do they have a destiny of greater dignity?
