Zimbabwe and Repression: The African Dilemma

Video: The former British colony of Rhodesia is now Zimbabwe. After a long civil war the Whites yielded control to the Blacks. Robert Mugabe, one of the leaders of the rebellion, became the president. In time he would also become a dictator. He subdued his African rivals. He drove out most of the whites. He intimidated the political opposition with his police and army. He destroyed a once prosperous economy. But he retains the support of many African rulers. What is the future of Zimbabwe?
