Election 2002: What Does It Mean?

Video: On Tuesday, November 5, millions of Americans will go to the polls to determine the future of state and federal governments. The setting for the election is the campaign of the Bush administration to mobilize America for war with Iraq. Will this issue be the dominant one? Or will domestic and local issues prevail? At stake is the control of the U.S. Congress. In Michigan the probability of a Democratic victory in the gubernatorial election suggests the rise of Jennifer Granholm as a political star.
