RELIGION AND POLITICS IN AMERICA: CHRISTIANS,JEWS,BLACKS & MUSLIMS

Video: Important national and state elections will take place in November. One of the important issues in all these elections is the place of religion in public life. From prayer in the public school to abortion and homosexuality the militant opinions of the religious right have become major forces in politics. Christian conservatives have been joined by Jewish fundamentalists, Black Muslims and Muslim American traditionalists in recruiting politicians to do their will. What does all this intervention mean for American politics? How will it influence the upcoming elections?
