Ethics and the Corporation: Capitalism After Enron

Video: The Enron debacle has traumatized the American public and American capitalism. It has revealed the shady side to corporate capitalism, which has always touted itself as free of the corruption which plagues government. What changes need to be made in corporate management? What punishments need to be meted out to discourage corporate crime? Are Enron and its sister scandals a passing horror? Or do they reflect a moral problem with global capitalism?
